I just thought I'd post a few pictures. We are enjoying being outside a lot more.

Step one in our home decorating project

So Ryan came to me a month or so ago and said what color do you want to paint the main level and hall way upstairs. I explained to him that it is hard for me to just pick a paint color without getting new couches and redecorating a bit. I'd love to do it all at once. Have a vision of what the whole space will look like. I can't do things piece by piece. Well a friend of mine said I could choose a good paint without having to redo everything. I checked it out and liked it in the house she showed me. But when I went to get the sample at sherwin Williams it seemed a lot darker. So I was talking with another friend the week before the painters were scheduled to come and age said beige is going out and light is coming in. She showed me the color she is contemplating and I really liked it. She also agreed to come help me redecorate without spending too much money. So I am planning to cover my couches and add pillows and a valance in the kitchen and changing a couple lights that need to be replaced. So so far just the paint is done. More pictures to come as I get more done.

Backyard

So it's still a little too cold to play today but the boys really love playing outside and after being in St. George and being able to it's hard to say no. So here we are outside with jackets on. Matt is surprisingly scared of Bailey. Mike not so much. He is having fun playing fetch. I took the ladder off the play set so I won't worry so much about them getting hurt.

St. George Part II

This morning after my five mile run we drove up to the ice mine just over the AZ boarder. The kids had a lot of fun collecting rocks. Here's a couple pictures and a video link or two.

Then we came back from going to Bishops for the second time and went swimming. Natalie wore socks to keep her feet from getting cut up on the bottom.

St. George

Well we are out to dinner after our second fun afternoon at the pool. We actually let the boys swim today too. Yesterday we made them just watch. Our friends the Maxfields joined us last night. It has been so much fun. We went to the park and the boys played done baseball against the dads. Fun times. Michael and Matthew are getting pretty confident on the slides.

Pirates

I've needed to change my oil for a couple weeks. My car won't display the usual stuff when in need of an oil change. I finally decided to just go to the dealer even though my two years of Toyota care are over. My kids love the pirate ship and popcorn. Here are some pictures of Michael and Matthew on the pirate ship. When I was pushing the stroller around after being there for awhile one sales guy says you sure have you're hands full. To which Natalie replies "these babies are a dream come true!" What do you say to that?!? Funny girl.

Church

I got to substitute in the nursery again today here are a couple pictures of the boys. I'll post a brief video too. The kids all looked so cute I convinced them to get a picture on the front porch. Good day in church today.

Fun times

Nathan is off track. He talked Ryan's mom into taking him with her twice this week. One of those days she took him to Scheels. She took some cute pictures down below.

Isabel came over after dance today and they dressed up as... You guessed it, princesses. Natalie's favorite thing to do. Especially when I let her put on her make up. They of course had a ball. It's been a good week for Natalie.

Cousin time

Mike brought Austyn over last night. She's staying with us a couple days while Breezy drives to Laramie with Mike. While he was here Ryan asked if he'd like a blessing before he left. Mike hadn't even thought of it and said he'd come back after they went to dinner. Mike texted his brothers to see if any were available around ten last night. Mike and Jon came up with Christy. Mike Jones gave a beautiful prayer then Ryan gave him a blessing. I was going to remember more but the few things I remember were one his relationship with his kids would be stronger because of this deployment and two he should make good decisions because his superiors would notice. It was a wonderful blessing we were all in tears when it was over. I'm so glad to be married to such a good thoughtful man.

Natalie is loving having a girl around to play with. They are so cute.
